  • Analyze and interpret financial and sourcing data across vendors, categories, brands, countries, and factories to influence business decisions
  • Develop/leverage tools and processes to streamline and institutionalize sourcing data
  • Influence internal partners by synthesizing data to draw conclusions and identify short- and long- term trends
  • Support Owned Brand new vendor scoping, onboarding, and follow up of Item Set-Ups  
  • Maintain vendor capabilities assessment list
  • Observe and participate in negotiation events Requirements
  • 4 year degree with strong academic performance
  • High proficiency in Excel, Access, or other analytics and reporting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Highly adaptable and resilient
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
