The Technical Support Specialist is a position with responsibilities of troubleshooting and supporting end users on a variety of issues:
This role will involve phone support for customers calling in with questions about their phones and other equipment purchased from our client. These calls are relating to equipment that is not working properly and the goal of the call is to assist the customer in getting the equipment working again. Training will be provided!
