Our client, a law firm located in Dallas, TX, has a career opportunity for a highly motivated, hands-on individual as their Controller and Firm Administrator. This position is responsible for directing the firm’s accounting and office functions to include preparation of monthly financial statements, AP, AR, insurance renewals, 1099’s along with other functions as assigned. This position will report directly to the shareholders.

Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting with 4 plus years of experience in the accounting field. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of accounting principles and practices along with ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential to this position. CPA designation and working experience with QuickBooks a plus.

This position offers competitive compensation and a stable work environment with flexibility in the work schedule of approx. 20-30 hrs per week. EOE
