Exhibit heightened sense of focus on priority categories such as Never Out Items, Company Space and Sales plans, and High Volume Stores
• Quickly identify issues and recommend solutions to support a diverse business area
• Partner with teams across the company to deliver key initiatives in order to best support stores, guests, and core IM teams
• Influence teams and provide training on process expectations and troubleshooting for replenishment action steps associated with remodels, innovation remodels, and displays
• Serve as IM Ops contact for remodels and displays in your respective Division's IM team
• Partner with our Learning & Development teams to educate new Inventory Analysts
REQUIREMENTS
• 4-year degree
• 2+ years as an Inventory Analyst in Inventory Management
• Working understanding of Target IM replenishment systems, including AIR and TLO
• Excellent analytical ability
• Strong project management skills
• Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility, resiliency, and comfortable working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing
• Ability to impact, develop, train, and influence others
• Curiosity with a desire to learn and innovate
• Courage to challenge the status quo of how things have always been done
