Working in Learning and Development, you'll work on the systems and content with which people learn everything they need for success in their roles. From call centers and onboarding classes for systems, processes and tools, to ongoing support for new program rollouts, we are the learning champions for the entire organization. As a Lead Consultant, Client Engagement FRS, you'll play a key role in building a strong learning culture across the service center teams. You will leverage strong partnerships with clients and key partners across the enterprise and your learning & development knowledge to create a comprehensive, measurable learning strategy for solving business needs using training, and non-training solutions. You will serve as a trusted consultant, learning expert and mentor for a wide range of team members from service center agents to senior leaders. You will be project leader for complex learning projects that require the ability to analyze and select the appropriate strategy, methodology and technology and the ability to lead cross-functional teams throughout the project management process while meet deadlines. You will utilize your stand-up facilitation skills to dynamically facilitate and manage a diverse group of learners in a variety of learning environments (classroom, peer-learning situations, virtual/remote training and self-paced). - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 6-8 years of experience in the Learning and Development field
- Strategic thinker with experience in creating and implementing learning solutions for a variety of situations.
- Demonstrated ability in consulting with leadership as a learning and development expert.
- Experience in leading complex, high visibility, cross-functional project teams.
- Experience in adult classroom facilitation planning and execution.
- Ability to work some evening shifts based on training needs.
- Ability to work at various Target HQ locations based on training needs.
