Instructional Designer/Instructional Technologist
UW-Superior is recruiting for an Instructional Designer/Instructional Technologist within the Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning. This role guides, trains and supports faculty and instructional staff in the design, production & delivery of quality courses. The Instructional Designer participates in all aspects of instructor development including support in course design, creation and application of multi-media elements, new & seasoned instructor coaching, course assessment, the identification of need areas in instructor development & the creation of appropriate training. Additionally, this position serves as one of the administrators of the learning management system.
Minimum qualifications for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in instructional pedagogy or related field plus at least two years’ experience in applying or creating a model of instructional design in a K-12 and/or higher education setting plus experience working in a learning management system such as D2L and/or Canvas
