Our client, Renewable Products Marketing Group, LLC located in Shakopee, MN, has a career opportunity for a highly organized and detailed Executive Assistant. This position is responsible for providing support to the executive management team (CEO, CFO, COO) and to the organization in addition to serving as the primary point of contact for office matters. Duties include but are not limited to: handling the day-to-day operations of the office, scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements, managing and ordering of office supplies, front desk responsibilities, organizing both internal and external company events, assistance with mail requests and coordination of 3rd party vendors for office/building needs.
Qualifications include three plus years working experience in an Executive Assistant role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent judgment and decision making abilities along with effective interpersonal skills are essential to this position.
