The Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS) is seeking a full-time cardiologist who is BC/BE in Cardiology and has expertise in heart failure. The section is comprised of full time cardiologists with academic appointments at the University of Minnesota Medical School and has a strong commitment to research. The applicant will need to administer an active ongoing heart failure program while sharing clinical duties involving general cardiology consults and the inpatient cardiology teaching service. A strong background in clinical and/or basic research with publications is desirable.
