Humera is seeking an Administrative Analyst for our client in Maple Grove, MN. Our client is a privately held strategic media company. This is a direct hire position!


Duties:

  • Creates and analyzes the tracking/reporting of client data on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to manage spend based on client budget and KPIs
  • Provides visuals in chart formats to display client data
  • Manages and analyzes the annual client media calendar
  • Supports the media team's efforts in staying organized and delivering quality results

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience in an analyzing or supporting role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail
  • General math skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • QuickBooks experience helpful


Schedule :
8AM-5PM With the ability to stay late when deadlines need to be met
Summer Fridays: ½ Days on Friday from Memorial Day to Labor Day (the client closes at Noon)

Benefits
  • Medical Insurance for Employee: Client Pays 50% of monthly premium; family members can be added to the policy, but Client does not contribute to their premium.
  • HSA policy with Healthpartners: $2,500 individual deductible; Client puts $2,500 in HSA account for employee at beginning of year.
  • Dental Insurance: Client pays 75% of employee's monthly premium.
  • 401K: Client matches up to 4%.
  • 20 Days PTO per year.
  • Client closes between Christmas & New Year's (doesn't count towards PTO).
