As a Sr. Finance Manager, Merchandise Finance, you'll be responsible for supporting Target's Pricing and Promotion COE and the MerchEx organizations. This support includes providing quarterly strategy analytics and sizing in addition to informing monthly and annual guidance on Target's Value, Price, and Promo strategy. You will be a trusted advisor across Merchandising, PPCOE, and Finance with respect to the Value investments for short and long range planning to support Target's retail business; as well as capabilities required to move Target into the future retail environment. Reporting to the Director of Merchandise Finance, you'll be supported along the way to partner across the Planning, PPCOE and Merchandising Roundtables to drive continued financial success and to provide them with analytical insights of their performance. - B.A/B.S degree; MBA or equivalent experience in Finance, Inventory Management, and/or Operations
