Humera has a position available for a Compliance Coordinator available with our client, a major health care provider in Minnetonka. The ideal candidate has basic healthcare knowledge, great organizational skills, can take direction well and is self-motivated. This individual has the accountability to support the Regulatory Compliance Manager and the Prevention team within compliance with timely and accurately initiating of the Compliance Process Management (CPM) by entering compliance obligations into Compliance 360 (C360) for all lines of business and sending assessments, as appropriate. In addition, the Compliance Coordinator assists in inventory management of Medicare materials and Regulatory Filing inventory into C360. This role supports the management and oversight functions to ensure Program Effectiveness KEY ACCOUNTABLILITIES

Initiating Compliance and HPMS Compliance Process Management (CPM) - 40%
  • Assist with entering Compliance Bulletins in C360 and send assessments to business leads
  • Assist with enter Compliance FYIs into C360 and send to business leads
  • Enter Health Care Reform guidance into C360
  • Assist with sending HPMS memos through C360 to Medicare Leads
Medicare and Medicaid Materials inventory management - 40%
  • Assist with data entering and inventory management for both filed and non-filed Medicare and Medicaid materials
  • Ensure all edits and approvals are documented within C360
  • Assist shared mailbox
Regulatory Projects, ad hoc - 20%
  • Assist in data entering Regulatory filings from Excel spreadsheets into C360
  • Assist with other regulatory projects, as needed

Minimum education level required to qualify for the position
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical skills and experience
Specific types of experience or skills
  • Ability and aptitude to learn some administrative functions in Compliance 360
  • Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work well in a team-based, collaborative environment
