A role with Target Strategic Partnerships (Media) is a highly influential role combing strategic planning, business and change management, internal communications, external partnerships and cross-functional initiatives. The role is intended to ensure full alignment within the media organization across all teams - internal and external stakeholders across channels and pyramids - and be a key driver in the mission to deliver optimal performance and accelerate growth and execution. This highly strategic and facilitative role requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role in shaping Target's marketing strategy.  As a Sr Strategic Partnerships Manager, you willCore responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.   • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong leadership skills in relationship management (internal/external) and experience leading cross functional teams
  • Understanding/ability to learn, media agency staff resource planning
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and pricing
  • Experience/interest in the media landscape
  • Financial acumen in budget management
  • Highly developed, concise and direct communication with leaders, both written and verbal
  • Ability to solve complex problem and determine the root cause
