Description: As a Lead Analyst - S&OP Forecasting, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive operational forecast that prepares the supply chain to operate with industry leading speed and efficiency.  You will act as a ‘network steward' and leverage your knowledge of demand forecasting, retail planning, replenishment, and supply chain operations to produce a forecast that is not only an accurate representation of inventory flows, but that also supports the needs of our guests and stores.  You will coordinate with key partners in Inventory Management, Merchandise Planning, Finance, Promotions & Pricing COE, GSCL Operations, and Network Planning to align volume forecasts with inventory flows and supply chain capabilities and to take actions to remediate problems when they arise.  You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement in existing analytical tools and coordinate with technical teams to develop enhancements that support even better outcomes in the future.  You will have a uniquely comprehensive vantage point on the supply chain that will allow you to spot meaningful opportunities for improvement from end-to-end greatly accelerating your education and, potentially, your career.About you:
  • You have a Bachelors or advanced degree in business, supply chain management, math, statistics, economics, finance, engineering or related analytical field
  • You have 3+ years of experience in demand planning, production planning, inventory management, supply chain design or forecasting
  • You have a strong, demonstrated passion for empirical research and problem solving through data and statistical analysis
  • You work with a high sense of urgency, drive, and curiosity and a track record of both innovation and continuous improvement
  • You have a proven track record of cross-functional leadership; coordinating and motivating partner teams across the organization to achieve objectives
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to clearly cut through complex topics to influence stakeholders
