Do you have strong customer service skills and an understanding of the wireless industry? Pro Staff has a great opportunity at our client company in Alexandria that specializes in refurbishing wireless devices. Main responsibilities in this role include:

  • Handling sales orders
  • Assisting customers on the phone and online
  • Assist team with system setups and testing cycles
  • Reporting
  • Maintain catalog
  • Assist inventory, sales and operations teams as needed
  • General clerical duties
  • Answering and directing calls on multi-line phone system 
This is a temp-to-hire position. Pay depends on experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be tech-savvy, with experience in the wireless industry
  • Proficiency in Excel is required
