Here, you'll collaborate to create and implement the digital strategies that enrich the online experience through the right mix of personalization, simplicity and intuitiveness. Your ideas will support Target in complementing the beloved in-store shopping interaction with a convenient, reliable and instantly gratifying digital experience. As a Sr. Manager, Site Merchandising, you will help build a digital strategy for several divisions within the Food & Beverage pyramid, motivate the team to deliver results and ensure we achieve our financial objectives.  This role will require strong cross-functional partnerships, a great communication style, an ability to be comfortable with large amounts of data and an interest in emerging businesses and fulfillment models.Job Competencies: Site Merchandising Strategy:
  • Builds cohesive digital strategy for category and campaign experiences and mobilizes team to execute against that strategy
  • Partners with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on category goals across all channels that deliver the best possible guest experience
  • Oversees the development of short and long-term content strategies
  • Develops strategies that focus on conversion, findability and guest satisfaction Analytics:
  • Monitors KPI's across devices, guest behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to optimize short-term performance and to inform long-term strategiesFinancial Results:
  • Responsible for developing digital strategy that delivers financial goals (sales & profit) and objectives for the categoryTeam Leadership:
  • Manages direct reports, providing development, coaching, motivation, support, and feedback
  • Leads by example and models Target behaviors
  • Directly influence a large pyramid of merchant, planning & IM partners.About you:
  • B.A/B.S degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong digital acumen, experience either running or supporting a digital business
  • Demonstrate innovative and creative problem solving skills with strong leadership skills
  • Experienced in collaborating across departments/pyramids/vendor teams and driving results through collaboration
  • Drives for results and manage execution: coordinate, prioritize, establish goals, ensure timelines are being met and use resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; tailors message by audience, negotiate consequences, handle crisis, setbacks and conflicts constructively and diplomatically, and provide essential information to the right people at the right time
  • High level of initiative and organization, with the ability to be resilient and adaptable and manage ambiguity, risk, uncertainty and changing directions
  • Works independently with limited direction
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude
