Humera has an opening for a Project Coordinator with our client in Wayzata, MN. Our client has become one of the world's largest, privately-owned businesses, providing food, agricultural, risk management, financial, and industrial products and services around the globe. This is a long term contract position. Duties

  • Assumes responsibility and coordination for a wide variety of tasks, as assigned by the Project Lead(s)
  • Provides general administrative office services for project
  • Managing and maintaining Project files; distributing all correspondence as directed by the Project Lead(s); coordinating meetings with project team members and business stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with project team and mid-level to executive level managers involved in program
  • Drafts and assists in preparing project documentation (plans, reports), deliverables, status reports, and other materials, as necessary
  • Coordinate meetings with project, client and other stakeholders and follow up on actions as needed
  • Prepare agendas for meetings, attends project meetings, documenting meeting minutes, key decisions and any resultant action
  • Manages project calendar, timelines and roadmaps to ensure team meets deliverables

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of project coordination experience
  • Experience in SharePoint
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written forms

Preferred
  • 2 year degree
  • 3-5 years of project coordination experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
