Your recommendations will inform and lead the integration of media strategies across channels and categories. You'll lead multichannel development of guest-centric media work that helps drive Target's business. You'll bring together internal and external media, content and technology teams to meaningfully connect with guests. And you'll ensure successful guest and channel distribution strategies as you deeply tap into measurement and optimization.As a Social Manager, you will drivethe development of Target's social content strategy across categories and social platforms for Target. Coordinate and manage all go-to-market aspects of both paid and organic social media campaigns - from creative concept to publishing, moderation and engagement. The social manager maintains strong relationships and leads collaboration between internal (media strategy, marketing strategy, creative, merchandising, legal, PR) and external partners (platforms, creative agencies, media agencies, influencers) to ensure multi-channel integration and a unified brand experience. This role requires deep expertise in guest social conversations, behaviors and cultural trends to inspire creative and inform the programming of the monthly social editorial calendar leveraging brand, UGC, and Influencer assets. The social manager will also aggregate and deliver best practices and key learnings (testing results, internal and external market research, guest-level insights and performance metrics) to inform and optimize marketing activities on an ongoing basis.   • Bachelor Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in social media and/or retail landscape
  • Deep knowledge of digital and social platforms and ad units (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and Snapchat)
  • Strong written & verbal communication + attention to detail
  • Excellent time and project management skills; ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Analytical, able to assess ROI and program effectiveness
  • Must be able to work independently as well as cross-functionally
