Everything we do begins with the guest, including our approach to advertising. As a Category Account Manager, you'll facilitate the creative strategy and oversight of program level initiatives driving shopper marketing and advertising revenue for Target. As these opportunities are identified, you will manage the end-to-end creative execution including KPI alignment, execution and post-launch QA. A thought partner internally, you will be relied upon to be a Target brand steward supporting merchandising and marketing priorities for your assigned programs. Your status as an internal liaison coupled with the knowledge of digital industry challenges will help you to be solutions-oriented and have the ability to escalate and partner on difficult situations.This position reports to the Sr. Category Account Manager, TMN.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing team that was awarded “2017 Digital Marketer of the Year” and further your digital media career.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:
  • Bachelors' degree B.A. /B.S or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years Account Management in the digital space with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maximize relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Ability to articulate and translate client objectives and lead team with creative assignment.
  • Be creative ambassador and steward of the Target brand. Build a culture of creative thinking and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms as well as their use in marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to share actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.
