Position/Title:
Inbound Customer Service Rep (Automotive Parts)
Valley Staffing is seeking Customer Service Reps on the 1st shift in the Burnsville, MN area. Our client is a leading manufacturer offering various automotive accessories.

Responsibilities:
• Take inbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
• Process orders and provide technical product support.
• Address customer complaints and problems.

Qualification:
• Experience with auto parts – the ideal candidate has worked in an auto parts store or at an auto dealership
• Computer skills: Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills. You will spend a lot of time on the phone with customers but will also need to be able to effectively and professionally communicate via email
