We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative/Office professional to assist a Hopkins, MN based manufacturer with excess workload.  The hours are 12 to 5 but can be more if you want more hours.  The pay is dependent on experience.  The Part-Time Administrative/Office role will involve data entry of product orders into their system, working with the shipping/receiving area to make sure orders placed are shipped on time, working with Excel to input information into already existing spreadsheets, handle phone calls when people are out, audit paperwork for discrepancies and errors.  Company will train on many of the duties provided you have some recent administrative experience in a similar type organization.

The Part-Time Administrative/Office position starts immediately and will run 4 to 8 weeks, possibly much longer if desired by both parties.
