A role with the AP Systems and Reporting is an opportunity to oversee system and reporting needs for Assets Protection systems and technology (TVs, TCM, etc.). Here, you'll influence the strategy and vision for technology products, and you'll help support discovery and enablement while developing innovative security solutions. As a Senior Business Partner on the AP Systems and Reporting team you will help support Stores and Distribution Centers through the use of TCM, TIC, and Empty Packages.  This role will report to the AP Director-Systems and Reporting will work closely with the AP HQ Teams, AP Field Leaders, Target India and other internal HQ teams.  The primary responsibilities of this position will include:
  • Build business cases/justification for process changes TCM, TIC, Empty Package, prioritization of sprints, & at the start of a new projects
  • Use technology including Domo, greenfield, & other analytics software build & maintain data to gather insights and measurements of success to measure success for each application (DOMO, Greenfield, and some cases Sequel)
  • Support Product Owners & sprint planning - basic understanding of agile, assist with stories, prioritization, related to Systems & Reporting backlogs
  • Build strategies for projects related to scope of work, includes both long-term and short-term project timelines
  • Organize communication & build content for users related to projects, including project guides, process guides and training guides/walkthroughs (Define future routines, Update content for Workbench- Work closely SO Com Partners)
  • Solicit, engage  and Support field priorities for future iterations on projects and routines
  • Ability to pull ad-hoc data / well versed in TCM, backend data & reporting within Archer
  • Sequence and prioritize work and cascade engagements accordingly
*Ability to collaborate & support with Systems & Reporting Team & all other teams within AP per business needsJob duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:
  • 4 year college degree preferably in Computer Science or Criminal Justice
  • 2-4 years' experience in Assets Protection, Loss Prevention or Law Enforcement
  • 2+ years' experience working with CCTV Surveillance Systems
  • Technical and conceptual understanding of computer networks and web-based data systems
  • Excellent Communication Skills from verbal to written and including listening
  • Collaboration and Partnership skills
  • Ability to tailor working style to a variety of audiences and management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
