The Senior Analyst, otherwise known in the industry as a Vendor Ops Specialist, is responsible for executing the vendor strategy and driving overall vendor results.  Acts as the primary point of contact for onsite vendor leadership for staffing, budget, business changes, new initiatives and overall site performance standards and results.  Manages a variety of projects for several different business partners concurrently.   Provides verbal and written updates to internal leaders on vendor results and project statuses.  Partners with internal business team and internal support groups such as Workforce Management, Finance, Business Systems, Telephony and Reporting.  Analyze performance between vendors and internal operations to improve vendor processes and create program efficiencies.  Ensure vendor program meets budget goals and prepare monthly expense forecasting and reporting. Provides support to department management and Vendor Project Lead/Operations Manager to facilitate the implementation of new vendor partners, significant changes in business strategy, or closure of existing vendor partners.

About you:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience working in a BPO environment (3-5 years) with a thorough understanding of contact center operations, principles and metric
  • Self-starter who has proven analytical andproblem solvingcapabilities
  • Demonstrate clarity and succinctness in verbal and written communications
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adjust to afast pacedenvironment
  • Occasional travel to partner locations globally
  • Flexibility with working hours, which occasionally include hours outside of normal scheduled work hour
