Description: Stores Replenishment and Fulfillment build the applications used by our team members in the stores to serve both our in-store and online guests.  Our collection of products are undergoing an evolution as we modernize our supply-chain.  We are building a flexible and scalable foundation removing the technical debt that limits our progression.Our teams focus their attention on green field development building new processes and technology to enable our future as an organization.   Our product teams are full-stack so our teams are empowered to design from the cloud to the code including the CI/CD pipeline, automation, back-end services, database and client UI.  We develop products using micro-services based architecture.  We leverage modernized open source technologies, design and architecture principles.  We are looking for individuals to provide hands-on execution in these patterns.Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. 
  • Write and organize code using multiple computer languages, including distributed programming and understand different frameworks and paradigms.
  • Lead and conduct code review, design review, testing, and debugging activities at the application level.
  • Deliver high-performance, scalable, repeatable, and secure deliverables with broad impact (high throughput and low latency).
  • Perform functional design and architecture discussions with understanding of process flows & system diagrams to enable design decisions

  • Design, develop and unit test software or implements and test infrastructure components that meet functional and non-functional activities
  • Coordinates the diagnoses, isolation and de-bugging of software and hardware problems and performs problem resolution
  • Ensures adherence to standards and best practices
  • Lead the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of applications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation from requirement to production
  • Strong problem solving and thought partnership skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work with a limited set of requirements
  • Team attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience building applications from conception through production
  • Experience with modern web, distributed, event driven Architecture.  Micro services Architecture working experience 
  • Experience working with CI/CD processes, including the usage of automated build, test/QA, and deployment tools Awareness of new and emerging technologies
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work with a limited set of requirements
