Do you have 5-7 years of previous HR experience? We are hiring for a temporary HR Specialist for a company located in Golden Valley. This is a 12-18 month contract position, which could be extended, however there is no possibility to convert. This position would start at the beginning of September, however, end of August would be ideal. This is a Monday through Friday position, with 7.45 hours per day with a start time of 8am and this position would pay between $55 and $65 per hour, depending upon experience.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for implementing several modules within SAP employee center
  • Strong focus on providing data and metrics for global reporting
  • Analyzing budget information
  • Heavy use of Excel and Access- will need to test in office on Excel knowledge
  • Use ADP to create and maintain reports, including creating and running payroll info
  • Create reports, data uploads
  • Maintain user lists for exit survey tool
  • Use Powerpoint, Excel, MS office Suite
  • Master list reporting
  • Data quality
  • Process analysis
  • Maintain dashboards
  • View metrics
  •  Job Requirements:

  • Ability to meet client pre-screening requirements
  • 5-7 years HR experience
  • Background in banking, finance or insurance
  • Experience with Excel and Access
  • Experience with ADP
