Customer Service Associate
Hours: M-F 8:30 am-5:00 pm Responsibilities include:
Process orders by e-mail or phone.
Check and maintain inventory for availability and prepare a bill of lading for shipment.
Enter and process inbound calls. Follow customer retention processes and handle complaints.
Learn to be proficient with a computerized inventory management system.
Display knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Operate standard office equipment including a computer, fax machine, copy machine, etc.
Have strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Good basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
