Customer Service Manager
The Minneapolis Pro Staff, in partnership with a leading drug testing company is seeking a Customer Service Manager for their Minneapolis location. This is a newly created role, and will have direct reporting to the leadership team inside of the company. This role is a direct hire opportunity that will pay roughly 20-25 dollars an hour depending on relevant job experience. We are seeking a driven individual who has a bachelors degree, and three to five years experience managing a small team in a customer service oriented environment.
- Bachelors Degree preferred, but no required
- 5+ years customer service, including 3+ years in a management or supervisory role
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, and coordination of multiple projects
- Ability to pass client screening requirements
