Responsibilities to include, not limited to;
  • Performing collection activities in effort to recover unpaid debt
  • Collecting data and setting up files
  • Gathering references for credit, calling on aging reports and past due accounts.
  • Proper handling of inbound/outbound collection calls.
  • Negotiate with customers
  • Locate consumers by using different resources
  • Journal entries, data entry, account reconciliation
  • AP/AR

Required Skills:
  • Related work experience in AP/AR
  • Ability to plan & organize on multiple projects and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Basic computer, office equipment, phones required
  • Ideal candidate should have previous computer experience in MS office.
  • Previous collection experience preferred
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
