  • Lead National Investigation Center AP Technician team.
  • Coach and develops team members to create a positive work environment and promote personal and professional development.
  • Lead National Investigation Center team to support partners in developing and sharing intelligence, case identification/development, and resolving loss from internal or external theft and fraud across the company for Stores and DCs.
  • Execute the strategy and operations of a National Investigation Center team related to internal or external theft and fraud.
  • Lead and manages day to day operations related to IC priorities and drives execution of company programs and strategies. 
  • Serve as a liaison between Field AP teams and the National Investigations Center. 
  • Lead, prioritize and support the execution of Law Enforcement requests.

  • College Degree
  • Experience with coaching and training team members
  • Demonstrated experience with internal/external theft and fraud investigations
  • Prioritizes tasks and responsibilities; ensures that best practices are followed
  • Advanced cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making ability, financial and quantitative analysis
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
