Description: About us: Target is an iconic brand, a Fortune 50 company and one of America's leading retailers.A role with Target Digital, specifically in the guest servicing space,means a unique opportunity to both strengthen relationships with our guests while making it easier and more efficient for our guest service agents to resolve guest issues and inquiries.  Your work will help guide the Target guest servicing experience while providing our business partners with facts distilled into insights and implications that they can quickly and easily act on.  You'll deliver the insights and analytics that measure our performance and improve the products our agents use to serve our guests.Product Teams at Target Corporation are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology and design work.As a Senior Product Owner - Guest Servicing, you will work in the product model and will partner to develop product requirements, test plans, lead defect resolution and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product.  You will leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as, guest and agent feedback and other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will be the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively maintain a backlog outlining the agent and guest themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as, inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you: 
  • 4-year degree and 3-5 years of product management/owner experience (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience with web technology, software development and ability to facilitate communication between business, user experience and technology teams
  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, sprint planning, iterative development, etc.)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
