Product Design & Design Strategy comprises project managers, operations managers and innovation strategists.   As an Operations Lead, you'll support strategic initiatives and improvements for the PD&D organization and its cross-functional teams. You'll also manage the PD&D technology portfolio and build solutions to manage the product lifecycle. Your positive influence will help reframe problems, explore new possibilities and create guest experiences only found at Target. As an Operations Lead supporting Food & Beverage categories, you'll lead and manage the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Food & Beverage owned brand program to drive profitable sales, food safety, product quality, and organizational efficiencies.  You'll work with cross-functional partners to define processes, create tools, and claritfy roles and responsibilities.  You'll lead division programs that assure leadership alignment and connectivity including portfolio prioritization and stage gate milestones throughout the development cycle.  In addition, you'll enable systems and technology solutions to institutionalize cross-functional processes, deliver business objectives, and enhance knowledge management.  Building out key processes and tools also means that you'll train and deliver messages to our PD&D team, as well as often to our cross-funcctional partners to ensure an understanding of roles, responsibilities, key processes and tools.About you:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Eight years of related experience
  • Strong team, project and process leadership skills
