KleinBank has an immediate opening for a Personal Banker II with exceptional customer service & sales skills to join our team! This individual will provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to all clients in order to develop business in the areas of consumer loans, depository accounts, retirement accounts, credit & debit cards, and other bank products.
Responsibilities include developing relationships with new and existing clients to proactively identify their banking needs, acquiring and maintaining bank product and compliance procedure knowledge, performing account maintenance as requested, and working as part of a team to ensure goals are met. This full-time position includes a Saturday rotation schedule.
Qualified candidate must possess excellent customer service & sales skills. Prior work experience in the financial industry preferred. Individual must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task. Minimum education requirement: high school diploma or equivalency, post high school education preferred.
