Assistant Director of Donor Stewardship
Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as our Assistant Director of Donor Stewardship. As the Assistant Director of Donor Stewardship, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and coordinating institution-wide comprehensive donor relations and stewardship system that appropriately and consistently promotes interaction with and recognition of donors at all levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for sustaining positive and mutually-rewarding relations between the University and its donors; partnering with Development Directors to determine the best strategies for effective stewardship of donors; maintaining ongoing and active networking with internal and external constituencies, including a portfolio of donors; planning recognition events; and coordinating various activities for donor societies.
Minimum qualifications for this position are a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience in donor stewardship, development, event management, alumni relations, marketing, or public relations.
