Valley Staffing is working with a reputable manufacturer in the Shakopee, MN area that is looking for reliable and driven candidates with previous Administrative Assistant, Customer Service, or Logistics experience to join their team. This role is through December, however, we are very interested in hiring someone on full-time with additional accounting related responsibilities for the right person.
- Entering customer orders, managing communication via phone and email, preparing bills, filing, and organizing.
- Taking inbound calls ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
Look up customer order status
- Experience working with customers and or clients both over the phone and via email.
- Previous order entry, logistics, purchasing/procurement would knock this out of the park, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
