Position/Title:
Administrative Assistant
The primary function of this position is to be responsible for providing administrative support to the Information and Operations staff.

Responsibilities:
Compile, organize, and analyze reports, budgets, and presentations.
Support management to ensure essential information is accessible at all times.
Monitor, manage, and coordinate files, reports, data, and submit accordingly.
Manage the Information Technology process flow manual.
Proofread, format, revise and edit materials such as reports, policies, and presentations.
Standard admin duties such as personnel functions, timesheets, time-off, reconciling department credit cards, and managing calendars.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Must be accurate in your work style, as most of the work is checked and verified which can cause delays if it`s incorrect.
Prioritize tasks independently
Great communication skills
Be able to lift and or move up to 25 pounds.

Education and Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of three years in administrative support.
Would prefer an associates or bachelors in Business Administration or Office management.
