FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard).  Join the Product Design team and assume a leadership role within the dynamic and fast growing financial products and services industry. Help shape and influence Target's financial products (e.g., REDcard) across the stores, digital, and external channels. As a member of the REDcard team you will create and develop strategies to promote REDcard, Target's largest loyalty vehicle, manage major efforts as part of the overall REDcard acquisition portfolio, and manage timelines, resources, and budget to achieve program goals. You will lead cross-functionally and effectively influence without authority to drive business decisions and advance short and long term priorities.  You will also analyze industry trends, guest insights and competitive benchmarks to influence strategic planning.  In addition, you will build recommendations and gain alignment on complex issues through effectively leveraging expertise, business understanding and industry knowledge.  Develop, test, execute and measure results of breakthrough thinking and innovative solutions to drive new accounts growth and cardholder engagement across channels.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:

• 4 year college degree

• 8+ years relevant work experience

• Strong analytical skills and data driven

• Ability to influence cross-company to achieve results

• Proven experience in project management and ability to manage strategy through execution on complex projects

• Budget management skills

• Experience in a Financial Services (credit cards) and/or retail environment brand management

• Experience developing and implementing guest acquisition strategies including digital expertise

• Vendor relations and negotiations experience
