If so, you will have success on one of our dynamic teams.A role in Global Trade Services means you will play a key role in supporting Target's high degree of compliance with US Customs laws and regulations, maintaining the speed of our best-in-class import supply chain while ensuring that Target avoids fines and penalties for non-compliance with import regulations. You will also provide training and guidance to internal and external partners on Target import practices, Customs requirements and provide consultation to internal partners aimed at minimizing Customs duties and supporting Global Supply Chain and Logistics goals.As a Sr. Global Trade Finance Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payment for import supply chain expense, well as maintaining Target's high degree of compliance with US Customs laws and regulations. Leverage your attention to detail through analyzing and resolving invoice discrepancies. Drive your partnerships with vendors, trade banks and account reconciliation teams by identifying and solving problems related to payment accuracy. Escalate advanced issues to appropriate partners and propose solutions. We'll support you along the way with onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Sr. Global Trade Finance Specialist. - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent problem solving, research, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
