Sales Administrative Assistant
A promotional product company in Spring Park is working with Pro Staff to find a Sales Administrative Assistant to add to their team on a Direct Hire basis! The Sales Administrative Assistant will provide high level support to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Hours: Regular Business Hours
Pay: $42,000-50,000 depending on experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing related field preferred
- 3 or more years in sales/marketing support role
- Experience working for a Promotional Product company is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- CRM experience
- Manage travel arrangements for sales department
- Organizing conference calls for sales team
- Trade show preparation
- Managing social media accounts
- Vetting leads and managing sales process
- Updating CRM and sales power points
