The Attorney General is the chief legal officer for the State of Minnesota. The Office of the Attorney General represents the State of Minnesota on important legal matters that make a difference in the lives of our citizens and establishes and effectuates the legal policy for the State of Minnesota. The Office’s work involves significant and challenging constitutional, statutory, and enforcement matters.

Applicants must have the desire to serve the public with distinction and the professionalism, skills, and work ethic to put forth the very best legal work on behalf of the public.
