About RADIAS Health

RADIAS Health is a nonprofit Mental Health & Substance Use Disorders services organization customizing community based services through the integration of knowledge, compassion, and collaboration. We are committed to being an anti-racist organization, welcoming all people's lived experiences and building on strengths to facilitate recovery.

Working at RADIAS Health

RADIAS Health offers many opportunities for people interested in working with individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders in residential or community settings. We have clinical and administrative positions -- check out how you can be a part of and contribute to our mission and values!

Benefits

RADIAS Health offers competitive salary and benefits for full-time employees: medical, dental, life, vision, short term and long term disability insurance, a 403b retirement plan with a percentage employer match, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment assistance, reimbursement for professional clinical licensure, and more! Full-time employees are also eligible for four weeks of PTO during their first year of employment and 12 holidays.

Training

We are committed to training staff in evidence based practices surrounding mental illness and substance use disorders as well as other topics. Staff are eligible for free trainings through our Training Institute.

Diversity

RADIAS Health envisions diversity as encompassing a broad range of human qualities and continues to focus on race equity outcomes. We have an internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee as well as a partnership with an external Race Equity Advisory Committee formed of community stakeholders. Providing culturally aware and person-centered care are both foundational to evidence-based practices, as well as an ethical tenet for most professional disciplines. RADIAS Health provides a variety of trainings that aim to increase employees' abilities to respond to and adapt their approaches to working with people. We do so by creating space for employees to reflect, explore, challenge and examine their own experiences, and build perspective to better enhance understanding of how people receiving our services may be experiencing the world, our approaches, and our interventions.
