THE RIGHT STAFF has a client that is looking for a Customer Service Representative direct hire position located in St. Paul. The hours for the position are anywhere from 6: 30am to 6: 00pm. Salary will be based on experience.

Job Description: Answer phones, service the customer, enter/process orders and invoices through computer system, file maintenance, returns and credits, International/domestic customer contact, act as a liason between customers, sales reps and internal departments, assist in resolving problems, and process/enter and print orders according to the schedule.

- 4 years previous customer service experience
- Computerized order/data entry experience (taking an order via the phone, entering/processing orders/returns/credits).
- Strong Microsoft Office

- 2 years of international experience
- Working knowledge of internationl exporting procedures and documentation
- Foreign language
