About This Opportunity
Develop a process model and description of existing or new business processes. Acts as subject matter expert, providing input and direction on system design, developing test scripts, and conducts user acceptance testing. Typically participates in and leads a cross-functional team, made up of all project stakeholders, including TTS and end-user groups. Develops, documents and may delegate project-related DC process, identifies data needs, and establishes measurement tools. Leads peers in establishing best practices and knowledge sharing. Utilize cross-functional knowledge to ensure other BPC's understand broader network landscape in order to make more informed decisions.Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. As a BPC Distribution, you'll take the lead:
Project, Process, and Program Management
Monitors commitment, leads activities and progress of project, taking appropriate steps to ensure project objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner. Leads and influences appropriate support groups during the program, ensuring that timetables are met and resources are coordinated properly. Monitors operations effectively to determine quality of results. Delivers updates and drives resolution with Senior leadership including Directors.

Logistics Strategy
Leads supply chain system, technology and process initiatives by assessing impact to distribution centers, supply chain end-to-end processes and the disruption to teams. Represents Distribution's perspective in cross functional teams when developing solutions impacting the distribution network.

Consulting and Process Improvement
Acts as point of contact or leader of team for TTS or third party technology partner needing clarification of how a business process or function works. Contacts the necessary clients, facilitates meeting, and brings about a timely resolution. Also, acts as point of contact for client questions and needs of TTS.

Training and Certification
Develops and leads training plan for primary clients. Develops training needs for external areas and implements training plan. Leads hands-on training when necessary. Helps develop training job aids and acts as client point of contact after roll out. Acts as a change agent, and works with TTS and business partners to develop change plan and testing plans for the business. Actively participates in and may lead leadership and steering meetings and navigates complex issues in a timely manner. Is proficient in gathering and defining tangible benefits for changes submitted.

Computer Usage
Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access applications. May need familiarity with other systems such as JDA, Distribution warehouse management systems and other internal distribution systems.

Education Expectations: 4 year degree or equivalent
Job Related Experience: A minimum of 8 years experience
Specific Experience: Project management experience. Comfort navigating and leading through ambiguous situations. Clear communication and meeting facilitation experience.
Travel Required: Occasionally: less than 20% of time
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)
