Customer Service Support
Are you an energetic and creative individual looking for a career in customer service support? If so, Pro Staff is partnering with a leading automation company located in Plymouth, MN to hire Customer Service Support Specialists! These positions are temporary-to-hire roles working Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position pays $15.50-$16.25 per hour, based upon experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with order entry, PO's and customer service.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Receive distributor and customer purchase orders, changes, cancellations and requests.
Analyze and interpret requirements
Prepare new orders for order entry
Process change orders
Add new accounts and maintain existing account info on computers
Process new item number requests
Respond to inquiry by phone, fax or email
Job Requirements Include:
Must be able to pass pre screening requirements
High School diploma or GED
3 years experience in an office setting
Must have excellent and accurate typing skills
Must have general computer skills, be detail-oriented and be able to work effectively with people at all levels
