We're looking for a Lead Executive Recruiter to source, recruit and hire top talent within the supply chain business to ensure our teams are poised to win.

We're looking for an exceptional recruiter who can provide an incredible candidate experience. We'll support you along the way with robust OnBoarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Lead Executive Recruiter.

As a Lead Executive Recruiter you'll creatively source high caliber candidates by maximizing internet resources, cold-calling, employee referrals, and other resource tools. The goal is influence hiring decisions by assessing talent through behavioral based interviews, facilitate selection decisions and extend job offers. Our business is transforming, so you can expect to multi-tasking to manage a high volume of requisitions over multiple client groups and deliver results with intensity. You will track analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process as well as create and execute a strategy that aligns with business priorities. We do our best work as a team, so you can expect to build strong partnerships with your client groups to proactively manage the staffing needs of each distribution center. About you:

  • 5-7 years full cycle recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain strong partnerships
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and creativity
  • Four year degree or equivalent experience
