Stillpoint Spaces is an international organization working to reinvigorate depth psychology, and explore its relationship to the arts, culture, philosophy, and more. Most active in Zürich, Berlin, London and Paris, Stillpoint’s roots are in the Twin Cities, and with Prairie Care, a privately-owned clinician led organization providing partial hospital program (PHP) and inpatient psychiatric services to the Twin Cities metro area. 

As an Executive Assistant, you will support two executives working across these three interrelated organizations, and will support other team members in a variety of projects and initiatives in the Twin Cities, and abroad.

Other duties include:
• Help to coordinate the activities of the leadership team
• Arrange meetings, prepare/distribute agendas, and prepare/distribute minutes
• Coordinate and manage professional and personal schedules, travel, conferences, and filing system for the leadership team
• Revise/update various documents as requested
• Assist with directing phone calls and sorting mail
• Coordinate lunches for meetings
• Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining supply inventory
• Assist with various projects as assigned
• Act as a back-up to the Executive Assistant

• High School diploma
• Post-secondary education preferred
• At least 3 years of administrative support and office organization experience
• Healthcare background preferred
• Medical terminology skills preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and seek clarification if prioritization is needed
• Clerical perception to proofread/edit typewritten copies and file records
• Ability to manage multiple projects and receive direction from various individuals
• Ability to interact with several management personnel from different departments in a professional manner
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products
• Ability to draft policy procedures, organizational diagrams, letters, visual aid graphics, and flow charts
• Ability to manage multiple projects and receive direction from various individuals
