Tech Support Specialist
Pro Staff is currently seeking a Tech Support Specialist for a high-growth, high-energy company in the Anoka area that designs, markets and distributes the most popular cake decorations and bakery supplies in the bakery industry. Pay: $15.50/Hour Hours: 10:15 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. M-F, 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Saturdays Position Summary: The Technical Support Specialist provides outstanding technical support and customer service on all system platforms and applications to present and potential customers. This involves performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Solutions include, but are not limited to, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications, verifying proper hardware and software set up, power cycling equipment, resolving username and password problems and assisting with navigating around application menus. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner Requirements: Minimum of 3 years providing phone support or Helpdesk support. Knowledge and experience of customer service practices, Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Knowledge of internet and software applications Must be able to type at least 30 wpm.
