HR Analyst | Process and Technology

You will consult with business partners to research, document, implement and execute new and/or revised HR programs and systems. You will proactively analyze and present information and data in a context appropriate to evaluate ongoing programs, strategic priorities and Company directives. - Provide functional system support for end users.
- Support projects by utilizing system knowledge and assessing impacts to process and systems
- Uses experience to optimize support processes for end users.
- Build strong partnerships and collaborate with the team, key business partners, and Target Technology Services (TTS) in day to day work and issue resolution.
- Develops and maintains documentation of HR systems processes.
- Responsible for data review and monitoring.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- One year of related experience (configuration, integrations, security) working in/supporting a system (Workday, SAP)
- Strong problem solving skills

- Ability to facilitate communication between business and tech teams
