Qualifications:
- Work with the business to define a problem, find the requisite data and propose solutions based on data analysis
- Understand and anticipate problems and move to solve them quickly
- Create and automate reporting and insights at scale that informs/influences business and product decisions
- Drive acceptance of data solutions and influence decision-makers with the results of your analysis
- Democratize data and insights as you strive to deliver self-service tools to your partners and enable them to make better decisions quicker
- Deliver dashboard reporting and hold products and businesses accountable for results against goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/analytics field
- 4+ years of experience working in analytics and reporting within the Digital (web and mobile) or Retail industries
- Large scale hands on experience with analytics tech/tools such as: SQL, R, Hadoop/Hive, Spark, DOMO, etc. or equivalent
- Deep understanding of technical and analytical approaches, including: digital and brick and mortar A/B and multivariate testing (design, execution and analysis) and predictive modeling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams as well as clearly translate ideas between them
- Comfort with ambiguity and open-ended problems
- Desire and ability to learn new data/analytics technologies and concepts quickly and utilize at scale
