Growing company looking for a Customer Account Rep./Sales Support Specialist for their office in Minneapolis!
This direct hire opportunity will support many different parts of the organization, as well as some of the company's top accounts!
Responsibilities
- Manages new and existing accounts by working closely with internal departments to ensure highest quality and on-time delivery is met.
- Build long-term, ongoing business relationships with key contacts.
- Manages incoming orders from start to finish.
- Collaborate with various departments including sales, production, and purchasing to complete quotations and projects.
- Ensure customers receive technical support, when needed.
Qualifications
- Customer service and/or sales experience within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent multi-tasking ability
- Detail-oriented is a MUST
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Experience responding to and resolving questions and concerns
- Project management experience is highly preferred
