Industry leading title company in Minneapolis is looking for a Commercial Assistant/Administrative Assistant. This is a direct hire role with salary correlating with experience. This is a great opportunity with a large amount of variety when it comes to daily tasks.
- Provide support to Escrow and Production staff
- Electronic Recording
- Process wire transfers
- Invoice payments
- Assist in maintaining escrow records
- Daily Banking
- Construction Draw Disbursing Assistance
- Lien waiver and new construction audits to determine if the draw was prepared in accordance with company guidelines
- Input draw into company operating system
- Interact with all parties during the construction transaction
- Reconcile recording accounts with revenue
- Work with Management on monthly reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in the title industry, specifically the commercial side, preferred.
- Accounting experience.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of an organization - both internally and externally.
