Human Resources & Development Intern
Frandsen Corporation, a major holding and management company with interests in several manufacturing companies, is searching for a Human Resources & Development Intern in Eagan, Minnesota. This is a full-time, temporary position for the summer of 2018. The HRD Intern is responsible for supporting the corporate HRD department in the areas of performance management, employee recordkeeping, HR documentation, forms, work instructions, and general administrative needs. Candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED and college coursework in Human Resources or Organizational Development. Experience using MS Office products required; Adobe software, HRIS and prior HR experience preferred.
